Boilers R Us are your first port of call if you’re experiencing any issues with your new boiler. If it is a manufacturer issue, you are responsible for contacting the manufacturer. Unfortunately we cannot control the manufacturer wait times. Your boiler manufacturer warranty does not include external parts, unless it’s a manufacturer control.
