Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
As a landlord, you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. You are also responsible for ensuring that an annual gas safety check is carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.
You must keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed and issue a copy to any new tenants before they move in.
Boilers R Us are able to issue the Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) and our engineers will be happy to service the boiler first, if required. Our engineers make sure that your appliance is working efficiently and safely. We will provide you with an annual reminder and are happy to liaise with tenants in your absence.

How does the Spiro Trap MB3 work?
The Spiro Trap MB3 has got a unique dual separation system; the Spirotube element and the removable external magnet. Both magnetic and non-magnetic particles are continuously filtered out. Trapped dirt can be discharged while the system is in operation. This saves a great deal of time and therefore represents a major advantage over filters. When the drain valve is opened, the dirt collected is discharged quickly and effectively. This action – opening and closing the valve – only takes a few seconds.
