When booking a repair engineer we do have a diagnostic fee of £90.00 inc vat. If the engineer can fix the fault when on site then the amount owed is £90.00. If further work or parts are required the engineer will provide a quote on site, if you book the repair with the engineer then the £90.00 is not owed. If you wish to discuss and contact us back to arrange the £90.00 is owed then will be later reduced off the amount when making a booking. We will do our best to source the part required and book your appointment at the earliest convenience.
