If you have chosen your plan, please complete our online application form to get in touch with us. Once we have received the completed form, one of our service department team members will be in touch to take payment, or to help with setting up a Direct Debit. Please note, to sign up to our care plans you will require an initial boiler service at a cost of £60, including VAT to make sure that your boiler passes our health check before signing up.
If your appliance breaks down and you have cover with us, all you need to do is call us to let us know. Our team will organise a heating engineer to visit your property, without delay.
