Signing up to the Boilers R Us Service Care Plan provides complete peace of mind. By making a small monthly investment you can save money should you suffer a major breakdown.

Our Service Care Plan provides fully comprehensive protection. There are NO hidden extras like call outs and deposits. There is nothing more to pay. No ‘claim backs’ and no forms to complete, unlike many insurance policies.

To pass for one of our Boiler Care Plan Cover Packages, we require all new customers to book in a Boilers Health Check which costs £50 + VAT. However, if you had your boiler recently installed by us and are opting for Care Plan A we do not require the Health Check, once you have filled in your application form one of our friendly office staff will give you a call to book this in at your convenience!

We now offer O.A.P’s a Service Care Plan which offers  yearly Boiler Service’s at the reduced rate of £65 + VAT, only exclusive to our elderly customers.

If for any reason your boiler is unrepairable we give a discount of £250 on a new boiler from us!

What happens if my appliance breaks down? Just call us on 020 8859 5497 and you will be connected to one of our team members who will arrange for your local service engineer to call – without delay!
